Southeastern Plein Air Invitational next week

Yipee! I was invited to the

2011 Southeastern Plein Air Invitational April 25 - 29

Fifteen professional artists will be painting on location for a week in Gadsden and Etowah County.  You can observe artists as they work their magic on canvas plein air style – working in the out of doors and completing a painting in one setting.   WHERE CAN I SEE THE ARTISTS AT WORK? Monday, April 25: 9 – 4 Gadsden Country Club Tuesday, April 26: 9 – 4 The Owen Farm in Little Wills Valley Wednesday, April 27: 9 – 4 Downtown Gadsden, Alabama City and Attalla Thursday, April 28: 9 – 4 Rainbow Landing & Coosa River south Friday, April 29: 9 – 4 Gadsden historic residential district or www.gadsdenmuseum.com   paintings will be on exhibit and for sale all week, with a reception and sale Friday evening.  If you can come to Gadsden, I'd love to visit with you while we paint. the painting above was done at last year's paint out - at the Wright Dairy Farm and found a new owner.
